FACE COVERINGS
Face coverings are no longer mandatory from July 19th in line with recent government guidance. However we are encouraging both customers and staff to continue wearing face coverings and will continue to provide face masks at the event entry point if required.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
We continue to encourage social distancing where practically possible.

COVID CONTACT TRACING
We continue to take part in public health authorities COVID-19 contact tracing scheme and you will be asked to sign in on entry. We encourage customers (though not mandatory) to provide proof of negative lateral flow test or proof of vaccination to assist in a speedy entry via a fast track queue.

HAND SANITISERS
Hand sanitiser stations are provided around the site for use by both customers and staff.

HAND WASHING
All customer toilets will continue to be stocked with anti -bacterial hand soap.

SCREENS ON CONCESSIONS
Concessions have added screens where necessary where social distancing cannot be observed.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING
We have a enhanced cleaning programme designed to clean and sanitise all high touch areas of the event.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
All bars accept contactless payment up to £45 and chip and pin, Apple Pay/Google Pay with no limits

The dress code is smart / casual but not scruffy and strictly no tracksuits / Jogger wear, manbags, rucksacks or large bags. Trainers & Shorts are fine as long as they are smart. Please also dress for the weather and note there is no cloakroom on site.

Please also note as yet there is no guidance that states customers are required to wear face coverings at this event, We will be following all government guidelines issued at the time of the event, so please also check back closer to the date and all updates will be updated here.

Please note BeachJam & Cream Classics on the Beach 2021 will be operating cashless bars systems  using contactless and chip and pin at the bar throughout the entirety of the events.

There are no cash machines available on site.

BeachJam does not have a cloakroom on site. We advise to keep an eye on the weather reports on the day and dress accordingly, remembering that the temperature can drop in the evening.

Disabled customers are welcome at BeachJam & Cream Classics on the Beach however not all arenas are accessible for wheelchair users and the event is based on Beach which some users may find difficult to navigate across the sand. Please bear this in mind before booking a ticket. 

Beach Jam / Cream Classics on the Beach does not sell bottles of water with the lids on and all lager and cider bottles are opened before going over the bar. There are two reasons for this. An unopened drinks vessel is heavy and can travel far if thrown and do damage if it hits someone. Also an unopened vessel if stood on will roll and can lead to injury.



Free drinking water is available from the welfare area should anyone feel dehydrated.

There is a welfare / medical point at all BeachJam & Cream Classics On the Beach events with trained medics to help. If you or your friends feel at all unwell during the events, please visit the welfare / medic point to seek medical attention.

All BeachJam / Cream Classics on the Beach events (unless otherwise stated) are 18+ only events. All customers must be over the age of 18yrs old and will need to show ID upon entry and also at the bars. BeachJam operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. If you look under the age of 25 then the bar staff ask you to prove that you are over 18yrs old.

Last entry to all BeachJam / Cream Classics on the Beach Shows (unless otherwise stated) is 5pm.

Everyone is searched on the way in as a condition of entry. This is for us to ensure that no one is carrying dangerous into the venue.

• Liquids of any sorts – including perfumes / liquid makeup products / aerosols / drinks
• Glass of any sorts
• No food
• No flares or fireworks
• Man bags
• Selfie Sticks
• Weapons of any descriptions or replicas
• Rucksacks or Large bags Bags under A4 size are allowed but all will be searched on the way in which will delay your entry time into the event.

Tickets are available online for all of our events at www.beachjam.co.uk / www.skiddle.com / www.ticketmaster.co.uk We also have a list of official sales channels listed on our site. Please do not purchase from any other site.

On some events physical tickets may also be available to purchase. Official outlets will also be added to our website www.beachjam.co.uk & on our social networks.

Only buy your tickets at our official sales channels which will be listed on our website www.beachjam.co.uk. This way you will never pay too much and you make sure your tickets are real. All tickets will be scanned and checked for authenticity at the entrance. BeachJam cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent tickets purchased through 3rd parties which are not an official outlet for BeachJam / Cream Classics on the Beach.

This is different for every event. We advise to like us on Facebook and add your email address to our mailing list to stay up-to-date!

If the event sells out in advance, there will be no tickets available to purchase at the entrance. Please purchase your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately as stated in the ticket terms and conditions, we operate a no refund policy.

VIP Benefits

This can vary from event to event, but in general VIP ticket holders gain access into the venue via a separate entrance as well as access to the VIP area which has it’s own bar and toilet areas.

VIP Upgrades

Dependent on availability you may be able to upgrade your ticket. You will need to contact the company from which you purchased your ticket. The general policy will be that you need to purchase the VIP ticket and then after this has been processed, you will be refunded for the standard ticket.

BeachJam / Cream Classics on the Beach do not condone the use of drugs at their events. As a condition of entry all customers must undertake a search to ensure that no drugs or any other dangerous items are taken within the venue.
No drugs are safe but if you do take drugs please wait for them to take effect before taking more. Mixing drugs with alcohol can also be extremely dangerous.

There is a welfare / medical point at all BeachJam / Cream Classics on the Beach events with trained medics to help. If you or your friends feel at all unwell during the events, please visit the welfare / medic point to seek medical attention.

BeachJam & Cream Classics on the Beach operate are large-scale multi arena sites , which occasionally can be easy to lose your friends at. Please follow the following tips to ensure that you are able to meet up with your friends again. We advise you to not make your own way home or leave the venue on your own. Please look out for each other’s welfare at any event.

• Before heading to the event, please ensure your phone is fully charged.

• Before entering the event, agree a meeting point for you all to meet up at in the eventuality of becoming spilt up from your friends and your phone losing charge or being lost.

If at the end of the event, after following these tips, you still cannot locate your friends and are concerned about getting home, please contact a member of a welfare team who are located on site.

BeachJam advises all customers to ensure that they keep their belongings such as phones, ID, wallets and purses on their persons at all times.

BeachJam has a lost property desk in the security office based near the entrance into the event. If you lose something on the night, please go to the desk to report it lost / stolen and if we find it we will do everything possible to get it back to you.

If we don’t reunite you on the night all lost property will be taken with the BeachJam team. A lost property section with contact form will be live on the day of the event via this website. If you lose something please fill out the form to contact us and we will get back in contact to let you know if it has been handed in or found.
